Tom is founder, owner, and head engineer of Earthwork.  Tom's educational qualifications include a BA in English Lit at Denison University as well as certification in the recording arts from The Recording Workshop in Chillicothe, Ohio. Tom also worked in acoustic research for Owens Corning, studying headphone performance, binaural recording, wall construction and residential acoustics primarily.  He is a songwriter and musician himself having been the founder and primary writer for several groups.  He and his groups have had the opportunity to share the stage with artists such as Jason Derulo, The Goo Goo Dolls, Blues Traveler, The Pat McGee Band, Ekoostik Hookah, John Tesh, Peter Frampton, and Styx.

Tom's ambition is to make Earthwork one of the premier recording facilities in the Midwest by combining comfort with professional staff, state of the art equipment, creativity and enthusiasm.
