Tom is founder, owner, and head engineer of Earthwork. Tom's educational qualifications include a BA in English Lit at Denison University as well as certification in the recording arts from The Recording Workshop in Chillicothe, Ohio. Tom also worked in acoustic research for Owens Corning, studying headphone performance, binaural recording, wall construction and residential acoustics primarily. He is a songwriter and musician himself having been the founder and primary writer for several groups. He and his groups have had the opportunity to share the stage with artists such as Jason Derulo, The Goo Goo Dolls, Blues Traveler, The Pat McGee Band, Ekoostik Hookah, John Tesh, Peter Frampton, and Styx.
Tom's ambition is to make Earthwork one of the premier recording facilities in the Midwest by combining comfort with professional staff, state of the art equipment, creativity and enthusiasm.

 Brandon is second Audio Engineer and Booking Manager at Earthwork. Brandon's educational qualifications include a BA in Media Arts and Communications from Ohio University, where he specialized in Music Production and Music Business studying under renowned West Coast producer Eddie Ashworth (Sublime, Pennywise, Unwritten Law)
In addition to working with hundreds of artists, producers, and session musicians, Brandon has engineered and mixed for artists such as Jill Andrews, Toubab Krewe, and Tyrone Wells.
Brandon is also an accomplished musician and multi-instrumentalist, and his work as a session musician can be heard on numerous albums in the country genre. Brandon has also taken the stage with Marty Stuart, Connie Smith, the Sleepy Man Banjo Boys, and headlined venues such as country music’s legendary Wheeling Jamboree.
Brandon continues to see Earthwork through as a powerhouse for music, radio, and television production work.
